It is a clear, fresh, comfortable house and in perfect state, located in a residential neighborhood, that´s why you will find a lot of tranquility, but what really interests us to inform is about the places of importance that are close, they are: Miramar Trade Center, Hotels (Tritón, Chateu, Meliá Habana, Comodoro, Neptune, among other), The famous cabaret "Tropicana", The international clinic "Cira García", the hospital "Frank País", the National Aquarium and downtown is only 10 minutes away.

All our prices are moderate and reajustables according to the time of stay!

#1-This it is an independent apartment, you will be able to verify it in the description ahead, it possesses: independent entrance, a beautiful terrace with a lot of vegetation and privacy, bathroom with service of cold and heat water without interruptions, the room is of five for four meters, telephone, conditioned air, fan, television with remote control, a sofa bed for two persons, tape recording and cd player, assistant possesses a kitchen (refrigerator of double temperature, kitchen of constant gas, all the utensils to cook).

#2-It is a room of four for four meters with bathroom singular and all the comforts (telephone, recording, fan, etc.) to pass a pleasant stay.

The extra services are paid apart from the price of the rooms and of course they are optional, we offer:

1-breakfast: Milk, bread (toasts, mayonnaise, butter, mustard, ketchup, cheese, etc.), juice of fruits (orange, fruta bomba, mammee, melon), eggs, cocktail of natural fruits (banana, pineapple, mammee, etc), sweets (coconut, cake, etc)

2-lunch and dinner: rice (con gris, white, yellow), salads (tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, pepper), meats (chicken, pig, cow), fish, French fries, viandas (sweet potato, yucca).

It is possible to make orders of special plates, the house takes charge of requesting a kitchen chef that comes to prepare them.

3-Transportación, including airports: for this service we have a modern car (1998) of four doors with conditioned air, the collections in the airports are made at any hour of the day including flights at dawn.

4-washing and bleaching: we possess modern washers which don't damage their clothes in the laundry process.
